These 3-steps are essentially the same as your Pitta (PM) skincare regimen. But that “Extra One-Step” you should NEVER MISS is the application of SUNSCREEN.
A sunscreen with SPF 30+ should essentially be broad-spectrum (with Zinc Oxide base) – which works by reflecting UVA, UVB, and UVC rays from the skin. Skipping sunscreen is never a good option. Daytime UV protection can damage skin cells and age skin prematurely (often irreversibly) and is also essential to prevent skin cancer. For sensitive skin, our sunscreen is quite calming with ingredients like Green Tea, Calendula, and Bilberry which are excellent at reducing redness, sunburn, and flares.
